The HPU1000-2-TP-K3VL80-250M is a compact and robust hydraulic power unit designed for continuous operation in demanding marine and industrial applications. The unit is equipped with two dry-mounted Kawasaki K3VL80 variable displacement axial piston pumps, providing high efficiency, reliable performance and easy maintenance.
The HPU is available both as a standard Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU) and as a Servi ESPU (Energy Saving Power Unit). The ESPU version continuously optimises pump and motor operation according to the actual hydraulic power demand, reducing energy consumption, heat generation and maintenance costs while improving overall system efficiency.
The hydraulic system is compatible with both Load Sensing (LS) and Constant Pressure control systems, allowing the unit to be configured to suit a wide range of hydraulic applications.
The integrated 1000-litre reservoir with 825 litres usable oil volume provides excellent oil cooling, deaeration and extended oil life. The unit is equipped with fine filtration in the pressure, return and case drain circuits together with a 20 kW freshwater-to-oil tube cooler for efficient temperature control.
Designed specifically for marine service, the HPU is supplied with Servi Marine Surface Treatment Specification D-04/D-01, ensuring excellent corrosion resistance and long service life in harsh operating environments.
