The Roller Compactor is used to produce sample bodies for testing bituminous masses.

  • Sawing in beams for bending tests, and samples for indirect tensile and axial tests.
  • Maximum compaction load of 30 kN per 305 mm roll width (equivalent to the largest static rollers on site)
  • Speed control
  • HMI for operator selection of the number of passes and compression levels
  • Adjustable frequency vibrating roller option to simulate on-site vibration rollers.
