Servi Group har designet og levert et hydraulikk- og kontrollsystem for båtheiser til oppdrettsselskapet Måsøval. Dette forenkler vedlikeholdsprosessene og øker effektiviteten i den daglige driften, ettersom de ikke lenger er avhengige av eksterne operatører for service og vedlikehold. Båtheisen er konstruert for løft opp til 150 tonn, noe som sikrer at den kan håndtere tunge løft med høy sikkerhet og presisjon.
Servi has supplied the following components for the boat lift:
Cylinders: Four cylinders that ensure smooth and synchronized lifting.
Proportional valves: For precise control of hydraulics.
Control system with PLC and HMI: Advanced control and monitoring.
Radio control: For easy and safe remote control of the elevator.
Måsøval already had an HPU supplied by Servi, which has now been upgraded with an additional tank.
The boat lift will be used daily by Måsøval to:
Maintenance of their fleet of 30 boats.
Picking up rafts and outriggers for maintenance and cleaning.
The solution significantly simplifies maintenance work, saving time and resources.
Remote control and security
An important feature of this boat lift is the possibility of troubleshooting assistance over the internet. Using a device from Tosibox, encrypted internet access is set up for dedicated service personnel, right into the control system. Should something happen, it is quick to get assistance for any troubleshooting and adjustments.
Image: Operator panel, where the user can monitor the elevator's position and status, as well as read any alarms. This simplifies troubleshooting, should an error occur.
Easy and informative operation:
The remote control is easy to use. Normally, the lift runs in auto and the speed can be infinitely varied. The control system takes care of precise and synchronous operation of all 4 cylinders automatically.
The brain in the system:
The PLC (programmable logic controller) controls all movements and ensures that all the cylinders move equally and precisely.
It would be impossible for the operator to control the movement of 4 cylinders at the same time, but for the PLC this is easy.
