The Servi factory at Kongsberg has over 50 years of experience in the design and manufacture of valves and hydraulic valve blocks. The units are designed to withstand harsh environments in the marine, offshore, hydroelectric and other challenging industries.

SPECIAL VALVE BLOCKS FROM OUR KONGSBERG FACTORY
Large-scale manufacture of valves and valve block systems. Standard range of seawater resistant winch control valves with flow rates from 20 to 1500 LPM.

Section-mounted proportional valve HSV 600 for fast variable pump systems
– Flow rate from 0 to 600 LPM, maximum working pressure of 350 bar
– Choice of manual, hydraulic or electrical actuation and ATEX or IECEx certification
– Can be assembled with fewer working sections if some functions require lower oil flows
– Specifically designed for use in marine and offshore environments

Winch control blocks 6, 7, 8 and 9 MB for variable pump systems
– Flow rate from 0 to 1500 LPM, maximum working pressure of 350 bar
– Pressure-compensated systems, LS feedback
– Can be supplied with Constant Tension
– Choice of manual, hydraulic or electrical actuation and ATEX or IECEx certification
– Specifically designed for use in marine and offshore environments

Winch control blocks VB 25/30/40/6 MBA for fixed pumps
– Flow rate from 0 to 1000 LPM, maximum working pressure of 210 bar

Proportional valve blocks 10 MB and 11 MB for fixed pumps

Directional control valves 1 STB, 20 STB, 10 MB and 11 MB

Inlet manifold with working sections

– Module-based, can be supplied as simple inlet manifold or with several working sections mounted on the side
– With logic element for emergency shutdown, filter, ball valve, back pressure valve on return and drain, B&B, etc.

Can be adapted for use with the simplest to the most sophisticated machines. Tailored to meet the customer’s design and performance specifications, with testing and the possibility of third-party certification.

Simple valves
– Directional control valves with a choice of manual, hydraulic or electrical actuation for flow rates of up to 1000 LPM
– Counterbalance valves for motor applications with flow rates of up to 900 LPM
– CETOP 03 solenoid valves for marine applications
– CETOP 03 lever-operated, proportional pressure-limiting valves

Servi supplementary OPAT and HPRS components
Taking valve technology into the future! There are increased needs to digitalise and improve valve performance, and OPAT and HPRS have been specifically developed to meet these demands.

OPAT = ONBOARD PROFIBUS AMPLIFIER TWIN SOLENOID
HPRS = HIGH PERFORMANCE RANGE SENSOR

By adding a precise position sensor to the proportional valve and using on-board electronics and regulators, you get significant improvements in accuracy, repeatability, response and performance, taking the valve to a whole new level.

Our customers are very pleased with this configuration and report that machines already meeting high standards of performance and precision double their performance in terms of speed and accuracy following such an upgrade. Also available with ATEX/IECEx certification.
